Oh the old days…

I got a little bored, so I wandered back to my old Xanga from 2005-2007, and well, wow.  That’s pretty much all I can say.  I’m quite happy I’ve grown up and matured; it was a little embarassing going back and reading the stuff I posted when I was young and naive.  No I will not be linking you to my Xanga to save myself some dignity, so don’t ask.

Yes I’ve changed my blog title to “Overthought,” because I tend to overthink too much while writing posts for this blog (most of the time anyway).  Plus “Jamie’s Junk” sounded a little eh…wrong.  Hahaha, sorry I have a bad mind. >.>

Yea this is a short update I know, and it’s nothing really worthwhile to read.  Ah well, I just thought I’d keep my blog a little more alive.  More posts will be coming soon.

Too Early in the Morning for Comprehendable Thoughts

It’s freaking 6:11 AM.  I got up at five.  I don’t know why – it’s a Saturday but eff it.  I have so much homework over the weekend.  I have to write a narrative for English and I still have a painstakingly huge writer’s block that’s lasted about four years now.  I have a plot somewhat planned out but I just can’t write it.  God darn it.

So I’ve noticed that my blog has some visitors every day – which is strange because even I never visit it that often.  To all you random blog lurkers out there, you get a +1.

I can’t think very clearly at 6:13.  I got three hours of sleep for three consecutive days this week, six or seven on the two other days, and now five today.  No wonder I feel so tired at nine every night.  I can’t even stay awake for more than twenty minutes when I do go to bed – I used to be able to stay up for two hours listening to podcasts.

Seventh Element started again.  Maybe I’ll actually stay alive there.  Who knows.

I’m so tired.  I should just go back to bed but I don’t feel like it.  Oh yea, I’ve written a random Runescape fic/one-timer/thing.  I may post it if I finish editing it.  It was just something out of the blue that I decided to write to try and rejuvenate some lost writing juices.

EDIT: Hahaha it’s nearly nine and I just reread this.  I spelled “lasted” wrong …wow pretty sad.

Things That Freak Me Out

Idea by Dan.  Anyway:

1. Anything with 6+ legs.  This does not include deformed animals.

2. Horror movies or any movie slightly scary.  I’ll think things from the movies will pop out at every corner =(

3. Thinking about the future.

4. My class rank. O_O

5. Contemplating how busy i’ll be next year with tests and schoolwork.

6. Strobe lights – to a certain degree.

I think that’s it.  Short list ftw.

Random Updates of my Life

OQL and Fishing are taking over my life.  For those who don’t get it: Harry Potter and an online game basically.  God I need to get more actual work done…

Dark Knight better be as amazing as everyone says it is.  Aka everyone on Mugglenet.  Rishi you’re going down if I don’t like it.

Daniel Azaren is a failure.  Although that’s nothing new.

I’ve also begun writing fanfics again.  Don’t ask why, it was a sudden inspirational moment.

I’m going to get into some college at least three hours away from this house.

I love my friends who do so much more for me than I deserve.

I love my online sister who has saved me and helped me numerous times.

I cannot wait until school starts again and summer ends.

Random Poem

Note: I’m not currently emo or depressed or whatever, I just had the idea for this completely out-of-the-blue poem while I was swimming xD.

Release

She hears her heart beat.
Every thump echoes the handful of seconds remaining.

She hears her ears roar.
The pressure around her builds, powerful and relentless.

She hears nothing around her.
Everything is silent and empty, everything except for her.

Her last moments are near.
Her lungs collapse, too weak to resist.
Her mind screams for her to let go.

With the last of her strength she flails,
kicking her legs and waving her arms madly.
She pushes herself up, higher and higher, closer and closer,
until she finally breaks free of the water
and takes a long, sweet breath.

CMPOTW #2 and FoG

Yes, I know it’s a week late and whatnot but I’m busy with life, sorry.   The thing that irked me with this Myspace was the huge amount of unneeded, large, and obnoxious pictures, the many broken codes, and unneeded apps that no one gives a crap about.

On another note, I actually like Fist of Guthix.  It’s pretty fun to be the hunted and try to evade.  I think the max amount of charges I’ve gotten is around 2,100 still which is a bit low.  My rank is also low – 143 I believe.  I’ll post a more dissective post about it later.
